For many a hormone-addled young man, high school is a span of time to endure by any means possible. If that includes gazing rapt and slack-jawed as a still-youthful English teacher struts her stuff in the buff through the halls of his imagination, then let’s hope the instructor is someone on par with Janet Eilber — the lithe brunette and pretty pedagogue of NBC’s school drama The Best Times (1985). The sleek stunner would be fleet on her toes having been trained in the balletic arts prior to leaving her tutu behind and brightening the world with her feats upon the big and small screens. As an aid to the fantasy scenario, we know exactly how sylphlike and nimble Ms. Eilber would be dancing naked, because she does just that in Whose Life Is It Anyway? (1981). The film adaptation of the Broadway hit stars Richard Dreyfuss as a paralyzed sculptor, but the true scene stealer is Janet’s nude debut. As she moves, the naked knockout flashes her perky peaks and bare butt cheeks! Suffice it to say, her pirouettes could pique even a paralyzed penis. During the remainder of the 1980s and 1990s, the skintastic actress appeared in other films (Mighty Joe Young, The Craft, Romantic Comedy); TV movies (This Is Kate Bennett…, Suddenly, Innocent Victims); and guest starred on various series (Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Columbo, Two Marriages, Baywatch Nights).
